HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking an Operations Event Planner and Registrar to work at the Warrior Preparation Center in Einsiedlerhof, Germany (approximately 10 minutes from Ramstein AB, Germany).

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as WPC Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all WPC Training Exercises and Events including the Warfighter Headquarter Training Programs. Contractor will be responsible for developing and assisting in the generation of mission materials related to developing exercise and event scenarios and associated timelines including large force exercises integrating joint, combined, allied, and other partner nations’ forces in an air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace battlefield, as well as smaller exercise and event scenarios integrating specific capabilities. Proficient in the use of various IT and mission systems to generate these products. In-depth knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) planning cycles/processes. Familiar with various scheduling and training systems to support scenario development and logistics support.

  • Processing/coordinating WPC Training Request Forms (TRF), facility utilization requests, submitting installation visit requests, scheduling training events, accompanying WPC customers during their time at the WPC, serving as the WPC’s primary face to the customer for training events

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required-

  • The Contractor shall have familiarity with USAF and Joint policy and doctrine as well as experience with the planning and execution of joint, combined, allied, and other partner nation’s operations and exercises

  • Recent operational experience in mission scheduling to include realistic optimization of planning and execution timelines as well as recent experience using Microsoft Products including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project are desired.

  • Outstanding organizational and communications skills, attention to detail

Preferred-

  • Familiar with AFH 36-2235, Information for Designers of Instructional Systems, Volumes 1-13, AFMAN 36-2234, Instructional System Development, and AFMAN 36-2236, Guidebook for AF Instructors.

Security:

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.

  • Secret clearance (fully adjudicated and eligible for NATO).
